Our company has offered apprenticeships since its early days. Over the last six decades, more than 200 trainees have completed apprenticeships at ARCA – more than enough to meet our own needs.
In our training workshop, qualified instructors with many years of experience supervise the young people preparing themselves for forward-looking careers as machinists, industrial mechanics, industrial business management assistants, and design draftsmen.
We are looking for young people who want to make the most of themselves, achieve results, and learn about our international operations. Training apprentices has always been one of our most important tasks, and involves assuming a great deal of responsibility. Our employees’ qualifications guarantee the quality of our products and the survival of our company. Every individual counts, and everyone contributes to our collective success.
