Quality and reliability are our first priority. Written down in our quality guidelines, they are put into practise every single day by our whole team.

Over ten years ago ARCA implemented a certified quality management system according to ISO 9001. This lays the foundation for the best possible sizing given optimal functioning of our valves as well as guaranteeing the reliability and long cycle life. Further, it assists in adherence to the delivery date and the customer oriented service.
In order to be present anywhere in the global market we have acquired additional national quality certification, in order to further enhance our reputation by supplying to the customer requirements where-ever they may be. (see certificates in the download area: to be continued)

Our QM-system is continuously monitored through internal as well as external audits. This allows us to ensure an up to date system. Stock receipt and production controls with state of the art measurement techniques as well as a CNC-steered 3-coordinate measuring machine guarantee the maintenance and enhancement of our high standard.

All ARCA valves are subject to a continuous quality inspection from the planning and development during the production and up to the final inspection. Every valve is inspected in order to guarantee absolute reliability and plant safety, taking into consideration previously defined application conditions.
