We also have a long-standing partnership with Fontys High School in Venlo. The “Career Days” take place every year. In addition, many Fontys students have already completed an internship at ARCA or written a practice-oriented bachelor’s or master’s thesis

Career Days

The Fontys International Business School (FIBS), the Lower Rhine Technology and Start-up Centre (TZN) in Kempen and the Business Club Maas Rhine jointly organise the company contact trade fair “Career Day” at the Fontys Hogeschool in Venlo once a year. There, students and graduates of the university have the opportunity to get in touch with companies.

The majority of companies from the border region use the Career Day to present themselves and attract talent to their companies. Arca also regularly participates in the Fontys Career Day.

Discussions between company representatives and students take place at the company booths. Students and graduates have the opportunity to find out about a whole spectrum of different offers, ranging from study internships to activities as work students to the support of bachelor’s theses and concrete job offers.
Often, this is already a first point of contact for a later cooperation between university graduates and companies. For both sides it is an enriching, interesting and highly valuable event!
